BIOGRAPHY
Pete Miller graduated as an actor in 1986 and went on to sing in the international production of 'South Pacific' and appeared in TV series like 'A Country Practice' and 'Australia’s Most Wanted'.
However, his real love is the power of the acting method for both personal and business use.
He began teaching at the famous Australian Theatre for Young People (ATYP) in 1989, where he refined his methods, culminating in a successful role-play assignment with Telstra senior management over 6 months.
While working as an actor in corporate videos, Peter Miller saw a need for executives to improve their communication skills if they wanted to improve their career prospects.
He has developed easy tools for success on the platform using the secrets he learnt in drama school.
Peter’s BORN TO SPEAK coaching program develops your daily communication by using simple acting techniques that get to the heart of your message & affect any size audience on an emotional level. This means that what you say will leave a lingering trace upon the human heart – always remembered and never forgotten.
And that's why he believes that it is not WHAT you say, but HOW you say it that counts.
Peter is now in demand for private and public training courses, helping people discover their own personal communication skills, and then using those talents in everyday work situations, whether it be on the 'phone, one-on-one, or addressing a convention.

As the title suggests, this presentation outlines the benefits of knowing how to speak in public.
Pete will show you how straightforward it is (without resorting to Death by PowerPoint!) to capture the hearts and minds of your employees, employers, customers, clients, friends and family.
Pete leads by example. He outlines how to engage, entertain and enrich your audience – whether they be a single person or a conference of hundreds.
Pete uses a simple structure called the fishbone technique that will ensure that you never speak overtime and you’ll always be in perfect control of what you say and how you want to say it.
